Gry JANNICKE Jarlum became an overnight sensation back in 1981. A double-sided hit single stayed no 1 for 14 weeks and sold more than 30.000 copies. Her first album sold close to 100.000 copies. The song still gets a lot of airplay and "everybody know it".

She also did a Swedish and an English version Weak Poor People, that was released in several territories.
